About this opportunity:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to be a part of our team as a Vendor Manager. This role is pivotal in assuring best value in procurement from Application Service Providers (ASPs) and Field Service Operations (FSOs). The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle all aspects of our supplier base in roll-out, monitor supplier performance, and uphold vendor health and safety protocols. The Vendor Manager will be at the forefront of supplier evaluation, forecasting, and implementing the ASP Operational Governance Framework.
What you will do: - Engage in sales phases and source impactful solutions.- Collaboratively support solution engineering with ASP Scope of Work (SoW) and pricing strategies.- Carry out ASP demand forecasting while leading the technical evaluation of potential vendors.- Help refine ASP selection criteria and ensure ample supply capacity.- Facilitate ASP readiness and onboarding processes with efficacy.- Develop and promote ASP competence through comprehensive training plans.- Work with stakeholders to define ASP performance management process and setup the KPI accordingly- Track the ASP performance and take follow up actions in execution stage.- Lead the ASP evaluation activities and consolidate the result- Monitor ECoC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and other compliance performance from ASP.- Support ASP to adopt necessary IT Tools for OHS & Quality management.
