About this opportunity
We're looking for a Vendor Enablement E2E Lead to support the field operations strategy by enabling Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) to independently manage end-to-end delivery in line with Ericsson ways of working.
The role provides functional leadership, structured coaching, and performance governance to ASP coordinators, helping establish consistent operating standards while strengthening delivery quality, safety, compliance, and customer outcomes. Through ongoing capability development and operational support, the role will help build ASP self-sufficiency and a scalable model for reliable, high-quality field delivery.
What you will do
- Lead the enablement and capability development of ASP coordinators, setting clear expectations for end-to-end ownership, responsibilities, and delivery standards.
- Coach coordinators through live delivery situations and establish practical development plans based on identified capability needs.
- Enable ASPs to manage the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and readiness through execution, closure, and handover.
- Establish a regular operating cadence to review delivery readiness, progress, risks, quality, safety, compliance, and closeout.
- Monitor delivery performance and KPIs, identify recurring gaps and emerging risks, and ensure corrective actions are assigned and followed through to closure.
- Drive consistent adoption of Ericsson processes, tools, governance requirements, customer commitments, and field delivery standards.
- Standardize practical checklists, quality gates, handover expectations, and escalation paths across the supported ASP scope.
- Reinforce EHS requirements and quality controls throughout the delivery lifecycle and coordinate targeted audits or field-quality reviews when required.
- Act as an escalation point for complex, high-risk, or recurring operational issues while supporting coordinators in developing their own problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Coordinate with PIMs, technical experts, and other stakeholders when specialist support is required, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.
- Use performance trends, audit findings, feedback, and lessons learned to continuously improve the enablement model, workflows, training, and governance.
- Support consistent onboarding and knowledge sharing as ASP-led delivery expands.
What you will bring
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Typically 10-15 years of relevant experience in telecom field operations, project delivery, ASP coordination, or operational support.
- Demonstrated experience in functional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and managing operational risks, escalations, and performance follow-up.
- Working knowledge of RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), transmission technologies including microwave and fiber, power systems, site activities, and field quality requirements.
- Strong understanding of EHS requirements, delivery governance, quality controls, and change management.
- Strong end-to-end planning, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to provide constructive challenge and effective escalation.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with project planning tools, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
