    About the role 

    We’re looking for a Vehicle Quality Controller to join our  team, and play a key role providing first-class quality control for all vehicles moving through the bodyshop, acting as a final point of sign-off before their return to the customer.

     Key responsibilities 

    • Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
    • Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re-work is delivered in a timely manner.
    • Accurately complete all quality control documentation to AAR standards.
    • Meet bodyshop set targets. e.g. 10 vehicles per day
    • Adhere to all BS10125 standards
    • Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs.
    • Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example

    Skills Required

    • Experience visually inspecting repaired vehicles and identifying quality issues
    • Ability to accurately complete quality control documentation to AAR standards
    • Knowledge of and adherence to BS10125 standards
    • Strong communication and liaison skills with workshop controller and site reception
    • Ability to meet bodyshop throughput targets (e.g., ~10 vehicles per day)
    • Awareness of Health & Safety requirements and ability to lead by example
