Clean, wash, vacuum, polish and steam-clean customer and courtesy vehicles to a high standard. Communicate with customers and reception, report incidents, complete fuel and drivers' logs, and follow health and safety and housekeeping procedures.

Handle high volumes of inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service, record information accurately using Activate Group software and databases, meet SLAs and KPIs, assist with administrative tasks and emails, collaborate with internal teams and external companies to resolve customer queries.

Manage all bodyshop operations to meet SLAs and KPIs, plan resources and capacity, oversee production coordination, handle customer complaints, run performance reviews and recruitment, ensure H&S compliance and BSI standards, support apprentices and drive site profitability.

Manage workshop loading, resource utilisation and output to ensure repairs meet technical quality and safety standards. Liaise with logistics, deliver customer service, control efficiencies and materials, support health & safety compliance, and assess vehicle repairability and valuations.

Manage a regional network of repairers to meet client SLAs, onboard and monitor repairer performance, ensure compliance and data/reporting, resolve customer complaints, and drive performance improvements through analytics and relationship management.

Provide front-desk and office coordination support: welcome visitors, manage meeting rooms and supplies, handle post and ID passes, maintain kitchen and bathroom supplies, coordinate maintenance and contractors, support team engagement and office purchasing, and ensure secure document handling and information security compliance.

Manage all bodyshop operations to meet SLAs and KPIs, plan resources and budgets, coordinate production, handle customer complaints, lead recruitment, training and apprenticeships, ensure H&S and compliance (EPA, COSHH, BSI), and drive site profitability and customer service.

Manage and resolve customer complaints per client and regulatory agreements, maintain accurate complaint logs, send acknowledgements and final responses, liaise with engineering, network and line managers to find resolutions, escalate to the Business Improvement Manager when required, and support root-cause analysis and process improvements.
