Estimate vehicle repair costs, conduct visual inspections, manage daily bodyshop production and KPIs, handle customer complaints and warranty claims, prepare manual and system-based estimates, and ensure health & safety and accurate invoicing.

Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a 24/7 contact centre, record information accurately using company systems, meet SLAs and KPIs, collaborate with teams and external companies, and support administrative tasks and emails.

Clean, wash, vacuum, polish and steam-clean customer and courtesy vehicles to a high standard. Communicate with customers and reception, report incidents, complete fuel and drivers' logs, and follow health and safety and housekeeping procedures.

Manage a regional network of repairers to meet client SLAs, onboard and monitor repairer performance, ensure compliance and data/reporting, resolve customer complaints, and drive performance improvements through analytics and relationship management.

Manage and resolve customer complaints per client and regulatory agreements, maintain accurate complaint logs, send acknowledgements and final responses, liaise with engineering, network and line managers to find resolutions, escalate to the Business Improvement Manager when required, and support root-cause analysis and process improvements.

Repair and refit vehicle body panels to pre-accident condition using specialist equipment (measuring jigs, welding, smart repair tools), ensure safety standards, strip/refit trim and interior, and report faults on job cards.

Manage bodyshop operations to ensure repairs meet technical quality and safety standards. Plan workshop loading, monitor vehicle intake and resource utilisation, control output/efficiencies, communicate repair procedures to staff and customers, value vehicles for repair economics, enforce H&S and material-wastage targets, and deliver excellent customer service.

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers involved in vehicle accidents, qualify needs, promote and sell accident management services, record claim data in company systems, liaise with insurers/repairers, manage caseloads, and meet individual and team sales KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

Repair and refit vehicle body panels and trim to pre-accident condition using measuring equipment, body jigs, welding and smart-repair tools. Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards, report faults, and follow approved repair methodology.
