The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an organization's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities include support for existing software applications as well as physical infrastructure, system diagnostics and solving hardware or software faults etc.
- This job family includes a wide variety of Tech Support roles such as Maintenance Engineers, Help Desk Operators, Applications Support Specialists etc.

Job Requisition: Associate - Video Conferencing Engineer (Open for Mumbai)
Duties:
- Maintain, operate, and setup complete video and audio teleconferencing units
- Review all requests for new videoconference systems to ensure the room and system are appropriate for customer requirements and to provide recommendations on positioning of components
- Extensive knowledge with Poly, Neat, Zoom, Magic Info, Digital Signages
- Experience with immersive technologies
- Install codecs, cameras, monitors and microphones into new conference rooms and update existing rooms with newer equipment.
- Meeting with Event Coordinators to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements.
- Altering venue arrangements according to layout diagrams.
- Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
- Inspecting mountings and electrical equipment to ensure they conform to health and safety regulations.
- Operating sound and visual equipment during live events.
- Preventive maintenance of all VC devices
- Participate in projects for site build outs
- Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring events run smoothly.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Disassembling audio and visual equipment and packing up after the event.
- Occasionally work on weekends
- Maintain and upkeep of inventory on a monthly basis and reconciled with internal source of truth
- Cordinate with various departments for processing admin work like purchase, returns, and repairs
Skills:
- Previous experience working as an AV technician.
- 5+ years relevant experience is preferred
- Certification in Zoom is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
- Familiarity with computers and IP Networking Systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
