We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our HQ Tax team and to work closely with Indirect Tax Manager. This is a part-time role for 2-2,5 days per week, fixed term of 6 months.
What you’ll do- Prepare and validate data for VAT returns, Intrastat, and other VAT-related reports
- Support timely processing of VAT payments and refunds
- Conduct VAT account reconciliations and work with transactional data
- Assist during indirect tax audits and collaboration with tax authorities and external advisors
- Take part in automation and digitalization projects (e-reporting, e-invoicing, SAF-T)
- Work closely with AP/AR and Customer Service teams to resolve invoicing errors impacting VAT
- A candidate with interest in tax/VAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an advantage
- A reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player
- Fluent English (any additional language is a strong plus)
