Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets by visiting

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Sell, distribute, and deliver products to customers within assigned routes.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the territory.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Merchandising
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer locations.
• Replenish shelves and maintain agreed planogram standards.
Inventory Management
• Manage van stock levels and ensure accurate daily stock reconciliation.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent product expiry and losses.
Cash Handling & Reporting
• Collect payments and issue receipts for cash and credit transactions.
• Submit accurate daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and market/competitor activities.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management for market improvement and product development.
Compliance & Vehicle Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in good working condition and ensure timely servicing.
Requirements• Minimum of NC, Diploma, HD, or HND (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience.
• A Valid driver’s license is required.(Important

• Good numerical ability and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising, distribution, and field sales operations.
