We are seeking motivated and skilled Valve Preparators to join our international teams in Angola. As a Valve Preparator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient preparation of industrial valves for maintenance, replacement, and installation activities.
KEY RESPONSABILITIESReview and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and valve specifications.
Prepare valves for intervention: identification, inspection, and organization of parts
Ensure material readiness (gaskets, bolts, repair kits, lifting equipment).
Maintain strict documentation and traceability (serial numbers, certificates, inspection reports).
Collaborate with maintenance, HSE, and supervision teams to guarantee safe operations.
Apply international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or piping/valve preparation.
Strong knowledge of industrial valves (gate, globe, ball, check, butterfly).
Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, ISO).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures.
Strong commitment to HSE practices.
Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
Valid passport and willingness to work in rotation (offshore/onshore).
