In high‑activity regions such as Angola, effective coordination of travel, accommodation, site access, and immigration is essential to ensure technical teams can operate safely, compliantly, and without disruption.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing logistics operations that support technical personnel travelling to and working within Angola.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all logistics activities for technical staff travelling to and operating within Angola, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and field support.

• Ensuring strict compliance with corporate Safety & Security policies by working closely with internal HSE and security stakeholders.

• Managing immigration activities, including visas, work permits, and in‑country documentation, in collaboration with external service providers.

• Collaborating with internal departments and external contractors to ensure logistics and immigration services are delivered on time and to company standards.

• Maintaining accurate logistics and immigration documentation, records, and reports to support transparency and regulatory compliance.

• Supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience in logistics coordination, ideally supporting field operations or personnel mobility in challenging or international environments.

• Have strong knowledge of Safety & Security requirements and the ability to ensure compliance across logistics operations.

• Have experience managing immigration processes, including coordination with external contractors and authorities.

• Have strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.

• Have a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and support operational continuity.
