Job DescriptionTo ensure the delivery of an integrated project and programme management function for Digital and Product initiatives for Personal and Private Banking across Group and countries. To lead and govern a portfolio of complex, strategic, multi disciplinary programmes, ensuring they deliver maximum business value within agreed scope, cost, quality, and time parameters. This includes strategic alignment, value tracking and embedding a consistent delivery framework across teams.

Project and programme management experience, including delivery of large‑scale digital transformation projects. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe) beneficial.
