What You'll Bring:
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst in the Technical Projects Delivery Team, you will work across multiple projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Using a mix of waterfall and agile delivery approaches, you will collaborate with project team members, stakeholders across the business, and third-party suppliers to ensure the technology and services provided by TransUnion to internal and external customers deliver business benefit and are fit for purpose. You will have the opportunity to deploy your skill set across varied IT programmes and projects.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:
- Undertake high-level and detailed impact analysis on complex investment requests.
- Lead As-Is discovery across enterprise domains to inform tactical remediation and strategic investment decisions.
- Uncover and translate business needs into clear business cases, scope and traceable requirements for medium-to-large projects.
- Document processes, technical landscapes, interfaces and dependencies.
- Determine and help drive project activities and timelines.
- Champion and strengthen delivery governance and quality.
Experience
- Broad range of delivery experience across different programme and project types (for example):
- Software.
- Infrastructure.
- Data
- Transformations and change programmes.
- InfoSec/Compliance.
- Process improvements.
- Experience of working within structured governance, waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies and software development practices.
- Experience of working in a regulated financial services environment, with awareness of relevant legislation.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications
- Matric with relevant qualification, ideally a degree
- Business analysis qualification/certification (for example, ISEB or BCS) is desirable but not essential

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100/100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre for day one.
