Senior Analyst- Value Advisory

Why We Have This Role

  • Value Advisors support our sales teams by engaging in strategic opportunities to understand and quantify the value of XM for their customers. 
  • This team dives deep on key deals and strategic accounts to positively influence time to close, average deal size and overall win percentage.
  • This role works across a wide range of verticals and industries, offering ample growth opportunities to explore how key trends and metrics apply across various businesses.

Things You’ll Do

  • Create company-specific point of view documents and business cases on the XM opportunity and its potential financial impact (consists of in-depth company research, financial analysis, industry research, and XM benefit analysis)
  • Collaborate with other value advisors, sales leaders, and industry leaders on the XM strategy for key accounts
  • Support creation of standardized content to be used by sales representatives and value advisors as part of investment justification exercises 

How You'll Grow

  • Working closely with all functions across the pre-sales and GTM organizations you will have a birds-eye view of how deals are formed, what matters most to clients and how our software strategically enables clients to meet their business goals. 
  • The XM category cuts across several stand-alone areas of professional expertise (CX, EX, etc.). In this role you will gain exposure not only to areas that align with your core areas of assignment (e.g., business case development), but will also be afforded the opportunity to shadow and eventually own motions aligned to other areas under the XM umbrella.

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

  • College degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Business, Social Sciences, Economics, etc.). 
  • Experience working in or with enterprise teams owning CX, EX or MR functions within name-brand organization a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • A strong knowledge of quantitative data analysis
  • A strong business acumen and an ability to articulate for the layperson
  • Demonstrated ability to persuasively communicate complex concepts with strategic decision makers

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
