Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Deliver educational support and information to healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and provide regular updates on performance.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales in Taiwan.
- Familiarity with local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practices and patient-centered values.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales activities.
Work Environment
This is an on-site role based in Taiwan, with travel required to support business operations.
