【計畫特色】跨組織輪調及海外培訓機會，三年成為組織管理儲備人才

【儲備計畫職缺】客戶技術支援工程師 Customer Engineer、全球裝機工程師 iTeam Engineer

​【申請資格】

• 身份：2025年應屆畢業生（含2024年畢業、2025年服完兵役者），並可於2026年4月7日報到者
• 學歷：國內外學/碩士應屆畢業一年內
• 科系：工程或跨領域科系背景（如:大學理工、碩士MBA工商管理）
• 語言能力：流利的中英文表達能力，英文具 TOEIC750 分以上或同等能力證明
• 樂於接受挑戰、突破極限

• STEP 1: 完成應徵表單基本資料填寫（完整填寫表單約需10分鐘）: 表單連結
