Responsibilities

As a Vacant Recovery Specialist, you will: 

  • Audit vacant bills and comparing them to rent roll data to identify vacant recovery
  • Record and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their name
  • Double-check bills sent to tenants in order to resolve disputes
  • 15-20% of the day is spent on the phone

  • Have an advanced attention to detail
  • Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
  • Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
  • Can independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues
  • Comfortable asking questions in order to further your understanding
