UX/UI Designer/Front-end Developer

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and technically savvy UX/UI designer/developer. The UX/UI designer/developer will work within collaborative cross-functional project teams to develop pages, applications, and web properties. They will contribute to visual solutions and positively impact the overall user experience while working closely with the design team and considering appropriate UX best practices and technology platforms.
Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces based on graphics, mock-ups, and layouts for both new and existing web applications and emerging platforms.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into functional, interactive web interfaces.

• Create intuitive user interfaces and interaction layers using web best practices.

• Support the maintenance of the company brand and web design system.

• Understand user workflow/interactions and translate business and product requirements into interface design, supporting backend development teams through the product release process.

• Optimize designs for performance and accessibility, creating prototype flows that accommodate both responsive and adaptive layouts.

• Design and test websites and landing pages.

• Design for various platforms such as browsers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Skills Needed

• Fluent in English.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in graphic design or information technology)

• 5 years of design/development work experience with enterprise-sized websites.

• Proficient to expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.

• UI/UX design/front-end development experience for a large company.

• Solid understanding of current web best practices and front-end technologies.

• Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual.

• Clear and concise communicator with excellent verbal, written, and collaboration skills.
