12 UX Writer
Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in Dorking office
Or Dorking/Basingstoke hybrid

Unum UK are recruiting a UX Writer to shape the language of our digital and online journeys, ensuring our users are guided seamlessly and encouraged to interact. As part of a collaborative team, including creative designers, UX specialists, product owners, developers, and third parties, you’ll play a key role in making Unum UK’s content both intuitive and impactful. Helping to shape wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that incorporate effective content solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining our brand’s tone of voice across both digital and traditional platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our users. Additionally, you will take part in user research and usability testing, using insights to refine content strategies and enhance overall user engagement.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in UX writing or a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. You should have exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines is also crucial.
