The UX/UI Designer will be part of the Product Design Department and will report to the UI/UX Manager Designer.
It is expected you will engage in User Interface and User Experience design in our products.
You should be able to balance usable designs with smart, creative design solutions and should be eager to push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating ideas effectively in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.
To help you learn, grow, and thrive, this position is fully based in our Lisbon office. Being on-site 5 days a week ensures you have daily access to mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and the immediate support of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, concepts, and new product features
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions
- Explore new ideas, explore creative approaches, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and consistency
- Design beautiful, functional, and cohesive user interfaces aligned with our design language
- Actively contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions
- Work closely with managers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define user experience strategies
- Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution
- Present design concepts, visuals, and user experience insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively in an agile environment, supporting the team in fast‑paced delivery cycles
- Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment
Expectations from the company:
- Deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail
- Provide mentorship, design feedback, and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and user‑centered best practices are embedded throughout the design process
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio
- Professional or bachelor's degree in graphics or related to the design field
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion, and attention to detail
- Solid knowledge in Figma
- Excellent communication in English (advanced level required), and ability to present design work to stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with Motion Design in After Effects, Spine or Rive
- Experience in the iGaming industry
