This position reports to:
Functional Analysis Team Leader__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the EL IS in Poland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Have at least 1 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product or interaction designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role.
- Be responsible for understanding product specifications and user psychology to create designs that meet both business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to identify problems, create information architecture (IA), and set delivery expectations with the team.
- Produce user experience solutions through various methods such as flow diagrams, mockups, storyboards, and site maps.
- Provide support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing your expertise and insights.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for digital users, keeping user
- satisfaction at the forefront of all design decisions.
- Present your designs and concepts to the team and all stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind your design decisions and responding constructively to feedback.

Qualifications for the role
- Proficiency in Figma with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and diverse design styles.
- Advanced knowledge of Design Systems and design tokens.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and manage complex processes.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting, analyzing, and applying insights from user research.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio that demonstrates functional, user-centered designs and highlights your ability to solve complex UX/UI challenges.
