Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.
- Work within and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI design work across web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including React, React Native, Java, and JavaScript (development expertise not required, but understanding is a plus).
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and developers.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management a plus.
