We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to bring digital experiences to life through clean, intuitive interfaces and standout visuals.
What you will do:
- Design clean, high-impact user interfaces that align with business goals and user expectations
- Create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy through handoff and QA
- Design UI components such as buttons, forms, cards, navigation patterns, and interactive elements
- Apply responsive design principles to ensure consistency across devices and screen sizes
- Incorporate motion design, micro-interactions, and visual transitions when appropriate
- Conduct basic visual QA and cross-browser/device checks to ensure visual implementation
- Work alongside product and engineering teams to iterate quickly and bring designs to life
What we would like to see:
- 3+ years of experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, UI layout, and component-based design
- Proficient in Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD or Sketch); familiarity with design systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Comfortable creating pixel-perfect mockups, clickable prototypes, and developer-ready handoffs
- Strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay Range: $65-$70/hour
All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
