We are looking for a UX Operations Analyst I to support our User Experience Team. In this position, your role is to ensure the smooth running of knowledge management systems and keep track of panel engagement and new panel recruitment. Know how to optimize the panel recruitment process, manage research tools and be responsible operationally for ensuring that client panels are the correct size and demographic and that strict privacy protocols/guidelines are adhered to. You will partner with our researchers in all regions to ensure that all needs are considered when developing and maintaining the systems. Accountabilities:
Grow, maintain, and optimize the research participant panel, including recruitment support and incentive budget management.
Develop and manage survey templates, screeners, and scheduling procedures.
Maintain and enhance the research report repository, coordinating with other teams to centralize insights.
Create and uphold guidelines for consent, privacy, and data storage, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
Manage secure handling and disposal of personally identifiable information (PII) and research artifacts.
Evaluate and manage research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tetra Insights), ensuring all platforms are compliant with privacy standards.
Stay current with industry tools and trends
Use JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to customize web pages
Onboard new team members to research tools and platforms, facilitate internal and vendor-led training, and collaborate with UX team members on panel and tool updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT-related course (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems).
1–3 years of experience in research operations, participant recruitment, participant management, market research operations, research coordination, or similar functions.
Experience supporting UX research, customer research, product research, or market research programs.
Experience using at least two survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Tetra Insights, or similar.
Experience maintaining participant databases, panels, or recruitment records.
Experience handling confidential information and personally identifiable information (PII).
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and schedules across different teams.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Self-starter who can proactively contribute ideas and suggestions.
Proactive in sharing best practices and process improvements.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Knowledge of the legal industry is an advantage, as panel participants may include legal professionals and individuals from small law firms.
