Build the website structure, define and implement new sections (e.g. resources pages, …) improve UX (speed, usability, …), develop high converting landing pages.
Build and ship new pages components directly in the CMS as well as solve bugs, translations & redirects to existing pages.
End-to-end ownership of the Figma design workflow to keep the library aligned with the live website, creating scalable components, documenting usage and collaborating with stakeholders
Implement custom solutions, automations and support integrations with HTML, CSS and JS.
Identify UX and conversion friction points using analytics, heat-maps, and user behaviour insights.
1–3 years of experience in web development, with a proven track of CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow), UX design and Conversion Rate Optimization.
Strong skills on Figma and UX design for websites, with a proven track record
Knowledge of Clarity and Conversion Rate Optimization best practices
Familiarity with data analysis tools like GA4, Looker Studio and working with CRM (Hubspot)
Experience of SEO fundamentals and SEO best practices are considered a plus!
Creative, proactive and comfortable in working within fast-paced environments and iterative approach.
Skills of HTML and CSS (Javascript is highly valued) to develop custom solutions, scripts, define and build embeds/integrations to improve overall performance.
Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
