This role will support the unification of platforms and systems to deliver a seamless, consistent, and intuitive user experience for users and internal/external stakeholders.The Wealth Transformation Lead will work at the forefront of modernizing and integrating wealth management technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and a superior digital experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
Tech Stack Modernization & Integration:
Support the transformation and consolidation of the wealth management tech stack into a unified, scalable architecture.
Execute the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption.
Implement API-first and microservices-based architecture to support modularity and interoperability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work with WM Product, and WM Tech teams to execute and track transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business, product and operations teams to align technology capabilities with users needs and business goals.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and FinTech partners to accelerate innovation and integration efforts.
Support stakeholder communications on the value and progress of transformation initiatives.
Support data governance, privacy, and compliance standards throughout the transformation journey.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
Monitor industry trends and innovations in wealth management technology.
Support piloting and scaling of emerging solutions such as digital advisors, robo-advisors, and other wealth services.
We are looking for:
Experience in Project & Product Management
Years of Work Experience → 1-5 years
with at least 1 year in a project/program management role
Work Background / Experience - Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution or similar industries is preferred
Level of Knowledge: Good project management, Good presentation skills, MS Tools / Application, Familiar with Agile methodologies
Skills and Functional Competencies: Entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving skills, Analytical and Proficient in process mapping & numbers, Highly organized
