About the position
Personetics is revolutionizing the way financial institutions engage with their customers by delivering personalized, actionable insights that empower users to achieve their financial goals. Personetics is strategically investing in building its next generation SAAS product line to enable its clients with high pace changes in the financial domain. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across our suite of products. You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and finance, transforming complex challenges into user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take a key part in the end-to-end design process for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance the customer experience.
- Create detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design strategies and ensure seamless implementation.
- Advocate for user-first design principles, driving innovation in B2B2C financial experiences.
- Maintain & add to the existing design system
- Facilitate ideation and discovery workshops to refine product ideas and solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and impactful solutions.
- Proven experience designing B2C products, preferably in web and mobile environments.
- Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and share knowledge.
