- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and impactful solutions.
- Proven track record of working on B2C products, preferably in web & mobile environments.
- Proficient in Figma (Auto layout, Components, Variables, etc...) & high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew), with the ability to articulate design decisions and champion user-centric thinking.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and demonstrating a collaborative and iterative design process.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong team player, eager to learn and share knowledge.
- Motivated and proactive.
