Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
- Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product managers and engineers to identify. opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs.
- Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency.
- Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time, post-internship professional UX design experience. This is a role for an experienced mid-to-senior UX Designer capable of driving user experience design strategy.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX Designer-level professional projects and work experience, including the ability to simplify complex data and processes.
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes.
- Experience with design systems.
- Experience leading customer interviews.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Experience designing B2B SaaS enterprise products, data visualization, email marketing platforms/tools and email marketing software.
- Experience with user research methods beyond usability testing.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to communicate concepts and drive excitement.
