Job Description

We are looking for a UX Designer with +3 years of experience.

• +3 years of experience building functional designs for B2Bs (mandatory)
• Portfolio that showcases your contribution to digital products and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills
• Curiosity to learn the industry and customers. Essential to build simple experiences with empathy
• Autonomy in leading all the working flow from concept to completion
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices
• Passionate about solving complex design challenges together with product teams
• Excellent communication skills, and a robust design point of view
• Accountable and used to fast-paced environment (start-up environment)
• High level of enthusiasm and desire to learn. Continuous improvement mindset 
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum a B2 level)
•  Proficiency in Figma (very nice to have)

Qualifications

• Hybrid working model (twice a week) in Porto.
