About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Associate to join our team. As a UX Associate, you will work under the guidance of the UX Design Manager and collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers. You will support design activities across LRN’s product portfolio, with a special focus on contributing to the launch of Catalyst Phishing, our new product. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong Figma skills, eager to learn and grow while contributing directly to impactful product experiences.
Requirements
What you'll do:
- Provide design support for Catalyst Phishing workflows, including admin dashboards, reporting screens, and interactive prototypes.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Figma component libraries and design systems.
- Support user research and usability testing activities, including preparation, observation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate requirements into design deliverables.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines and are inclusive and accessible.
- Help manage design documentation, developer handoff, and asset exports.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in UX Design (internships and junior roles considered).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframes, components, prototyping).
- Understanding of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating coursework, projects, or junior-level professional work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent certification/bootcamp).
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SaaS product design.
- Experience with e-learning, compliance, or cybersecurity-related tools.
- Familiarity with usability testing and analytics tools (eg. Pendo, Hotjar).
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new design practices and tools.
