Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum Scribes attend the Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum on September 18 and 19, 2026, in Draper, UT. They must attend from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days.
Solutions Forum Scribes will sit at a table with a small group (4 to 8) of Utah Common Ground participants. They will type words and phrases from rotating small group discussions, and these reports will be shared out to the larger group as the deliberation continues. Scribes will ask for clarification and review what they have recorded to make sure their reports are accurate, but they will not participate directly in the discussion or insert their ideas.
Scribes will need to bring their own internet-enabled laptop to use during the forum.
