Attend a two-day forum in Draper, Utah, and accurately type words and phrases from rotating small-group discussions. Review notes, ask clarifying questions, and share concise reports with the larger group. Scribes must remain neutral, avoid participating in discussions or adding personal ideas, attend both days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and bring their own internet-enabled laptop.

Facilitate small-group discussions for 10–14 participants during the two-day Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum. Ensure balanced participation, prevent individuals from monopolizing conversations, redirect groups that go off topic, and help delegates clarify ideas without contributing personal opinions. Attendance is required both days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Draper, Utah. Candidates should have training and experience in small-group facilitation.

Supports the Idaho advocacy committee during the legislative session by tracking bills related to MWEG’s advocacy priorities, assisting advocacy processes, and promoting organizational positions in collaboration with state leadership.

Build and sustain a Montana community that supports leaders and members; advise on state-specific advocacy issues; draft and distribute grassroots advocacy materials; report to the directors of communities and advocacy.
