What You'll Do:
Lead User Conversations
- Identify and speak with top users on the platform
- Understand who they are, what they've built, who they built it for, and why they built it
- Assess their interest in contributing as community educators through live demos, walkthroughs, and deconstructs
Capture and Shape Stories
- Record and document calls
- Extract strong narrative angles and proof points
- Work with the internal team to turn conversations into testimonials, case studies, social posts, and community spotlights
Support Community-Led Education
- Help onboard selected users as educators
- Coordinate and support live sessions or cohort-specific walkthroughs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable leading structured conversations over calls
- Ability to ask probing questions and uncover meaningful insights
- Clear written communication
- Organized and process-oriented with strong follow-through on notes, recordings, and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of online communities
Good to Have:
- Understanding of content formats across Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Interest in storytelling, creator economy, or community-building
- Familiarity with no-code, coding, or creator tools
