The User Analytics Manager is responsible for transforming user and business data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies, customer growth, and retention. This role focuses on monitoring user lifecycle metrics, developing segmentation frameworks, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making and improve overall user engagement.
You will be responsible for the following:
Monitor and track key user lifecycle metrics such as eMAU, retention, engagement, and other performance indicators.
Lead business studies, deep dives, and analyses to provide insights that support data-driven marketing and business decisions.
Develop dashboards, performance monitoring tools, and segmentation frameworks to better understand user behavior and business performance.
Create and present executive-level reports and data-driven stories that highlight key opportunities and recommendations.
Analyze customer profiles, behavioral trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
Drive customer segmentation initiatives to improve user retention and engagement.
Own and continuously enhance assigned analytics capabilities and best practices within the User Analytics team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations and strategic planning.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related functions.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and large-scale data analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, retention analysis, or lifecycle analytics is highly preferred.
Experience working with big data, predictive analytics, or machine learning is an advantage.
