Labcorp is seeking a remote User Acceptance Tester III (Senior) to join our team.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for high-impact system implementations
Define and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Develop and own UAT strategies, test plans, and execution for large-scale, cross-functional projects
Perform end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements
Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance
Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution
Validate systems using data analysis, testing tools, and established methodologies
Document test results, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approval
Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability
Partner closely with business analysts, developers, and leadership to resolve issues and clarify requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for business users throughout the testing lifecycle
Lead release activities, status updates, and project discussions as needed
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple analysts and projects
Mentor and support junior team members, including reviewing test plans and strategies
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts
Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) and UAT methodologies
Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)
Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QC/ALM)
Experience with web services and data formats (e.g., JSON, EDI X12, HL7)
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare, including HIPAA
Advanced knowledge of process mapping and system workflows
Knowledge of Labcorp systems

Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
