Paul Miller Honda is searching for a talented Used Car Manager to take our pre-owned department to the next level. Business is better than ever, and we are searching for an experienced, velocity-minded, Pre-Owned Sales Manager who wants to grow with us!
Ideal candidates will have several years of experience managing a used car department. Must be highly skilled in pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles and desking deals. Ability to coach the sales team to increase used car volume is a must! v-Auto experience is highly preferred! Candidates must possess a valid, in-state Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Bi-Weekly Salary: $1,500 Bi-Weekly PLUS Monthly Commissions/Bonus (High Earning Potential)
Skills Required
- Several years of experience managing a used car department
- Strong skills in used vehicle pricing
- Experience appraising trade-in vehicles
- Experience buying inventory at auction
- Ability to display and market used vehicles
- Experience desking automotive sales deals
- Ability to coach sales staff and increase used vehicle volume
- v-Auto experience
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
