Manages the dealership front desk, answers and transfers calls, welcomes and directs customers, records customer information, updates tracking systems, prepares reports, performs clerical tasks, and supports sales and service departments.

Communicate with prospective automotive clients by phone, text, email, and digital channels; identify needs and purchase timelines; schedule showroom appointments; conduct outbound outreach; manage opportunities and follow-up in CRM systems; maintain accurate customer records; collaborate with sales teams; support campaigns and events; and pursue individual and team performance goals.

Sell financing and F&I products, build relationships with finance sources, submit and verify paperwork for approvals, manage rate quotes and department profitability, ensure compliance with regulations, meet monthly objectives, and maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Greet and assist customers on the showroom and lot; guide vehicle selection, perform walk-arounds and test drives, explain features and options, close sales, use dealership sales and follow-up systems, attend training, and report to the Sales Manager to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails, follow up on leads, schedule sales and service appointments, reschedule no-shows, support marketing incentives, and coordinate with dealership departments to drive customer visits and satisfaction.

Sell new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles to high-intent buyers; serve as the first point of contact, provide excellent customer service, manage multiple tasks, follow direction, and pursue sales targets. Handle office filing (physical and digital), manage office inventory and administration, cancel warranties and process payments, and process and reconcile daily deposits to ensure smooth office operations.
