Drives usage for total transfers portfolio (Send Money, Bank Transfer, Cash In, Cash Out, Padala)
Closely monitors business performance of assigned product/s
Regularly performs deep dive analysis to understand business drivers; proposes imperatives to make sure objectives are achieved
Leads cross functional teams (creatives, PR, corp comm, activations, DX) in the development and timely execution of relevant go-to-market plans
Works closely with DX to ensure ideal customer experience (shortest path the purchase / usage)
Collaborates with the product team
Ensures product initiatives and marketing initiatives are aligned (objectives, calendar)
Recommends ideal customer language and journey to be used for product-related communications
Identify opportunities to streamline or strengthen portfolio mix
Manages A&P: Design, propose, monitor, and review own product/s’ A&P; ensure accurate reporting (monthly phasings and accruals) and that A&P is fully utilized according to plan
Regularly tracks competitive offers, campaigns, launches, activities
Develops the brand strategy for the assigned product/s
Works closely with the Usage Marketing Head to develop the long-term strategies
Proposes short-term strategy (pivots) if needed, to ensure business objectives are met
