Primary Responsibilities:
- Driving P1/P2 War-Room activities for critical network outage resolution
- Provide network-related analysis, design, and integration services, including coordination between clients, vendors, and other internal support services for both data and voice networks
- Evaluate network performance by reading and interpreting tools and instrumentation, and resolve issues based on output and analysis of monitoring tools in a timely manner
- Create and implement solutions based upon existing defined standards
- Provide support to customers and assist support personnel, performing root cause analysis as needed
- Apply current standards and technology to business needs and requirements, identifying areas where standards need to evolve
- Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation in network solutions
- Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g., standards, processes, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, analysis, design, troubleshooting, and integration
- 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience with troubleshooting and incident resolution in Datacenter and Enterprise Network environments
- 1+ years of experience utilizing AI tools or platforms to improve workflows or automate tasks
- Excellent hands-on experience with the operation and management of LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SDWAN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring and performance evaluation using industry-standard tools such as Solarwinds, NNMI, Splunk, and Openview
- Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Meraki MX security appliances, including traffic shaping
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24x7x365 operational schedule
