Partner directly with merchant teams to discover business needs, map workflows, and identify high-impact friction across Assortment and Modular processes. Translate business logic and user pain points into clear requirements, workflows, and solution designs. Use Agentic AI platforms, workflow automation, APIs, and analytic capabilities to rapidly build proof-of-concept solutions with users. Lead testing and UAT, incorporating human-in-the-loop feedback to refine solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships and drive execution from discovery through adoption. Partner with Product and Technology teams to transition validated concepts into scalable enterprise tools, ensuring successful solutions influence long-term product capabilities.
