Join Walmart eCommerce’s Omni Fulfillment Experience team, an embedded data and analytics group within Business Strategy. The team collaborates across product, operations, technology, and strategy to deliver actionable insights that guide decisions impacting millions daily. Utilizing advanced analytics, predictive modeling, business intelligence, and AI-driven solutions, the team supports strategic initiatives and optimizes fulfillment experiences. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, this team drives business growth and innovation within Walmart’s eCommerce ecosystem through data-driven decision making and thought leadership.
What you'll do:
- Partner with senior leaders across Business Strategy, Product, Operations, and Technology to translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead high-impact analytics initiatives focused on customer experience, fulfillment performance, profitability, availability, and delivery speed, influencing decisions that affect millions of customers.
- Design and develop predictive models, forecasting solutions, and optimization frameworks to identify opportunities, quantify business impact, and guide investment decisions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to uncover drivers of business performance, operational defects, and emerging risks, translating findings into clear business actions.
- Develop scalable analytical assets including datasets, dashboards, semantic models, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Looker for data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
