We are seeking a highly consultative Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, with a primary focus on technology hiring. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, provide talent market intelligence, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
This role requires Solid stakeholder management skills, end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, and deep expertise in the US technology talent market. The successful candidate will drive recruitment excellence through a data-driven approach, proactive talent engagement, and the ability to influence hiring decisions while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies
- Lead discovery calls, define hiring criteria, and align stakeholder expectations
- Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Build Solid relationships with stakeholders and provide regular hiring updates
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding
- Source, screen, assess, and engage top technology talent
- Drive interview management, offer negotiations, and candidate closing activities
- Manage multiple complex requisitions while ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience
- Technology Hiring
- Recruit across Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, and other technology domains
- Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skills
- Conduct talent mapping and provide insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
- Recruitment Excellence
- Ensure process accuracy, compliance, and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Yield, and Hiring Manager and Candidate Satisfaction
- Proactively identify hiring risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of end-to-end US technology recruiting experience
- Proven experience conducting discovery calls and consultative hiring discussions
- Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Solid stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer discussion, and onboarding
- Solid understanding of US talent markets, hiring practices, and technology hiring trends
- Proven excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Director-level and senior stakeholders
- Experience in talent mapping, workforce planning, and market intelligence
- Experience supporting global teams and cross-cultural stakeholder environments
- Exposure to recruiting for emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering
