We are seeking a highly skilled US Immigration Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing expertise in US immigration law, advising clients or internal stakeholders, managing visa and immigration processes, and ensuring compliance with all federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US immigration policies, an ability to navigate complex immigration systems, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Prior experience handling various types of immigration cases, such as work visas, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.

Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Familiarity with federal immigration agencies and systems (USCIS, DOL, CBP, ICE).

- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, etc.).

- Immigration-related certifications, such as the Accredited Representative (by the Department of Justice) or other immigration-specific qualifications, would be beneficial.
