This is a remote position.
Overview :
- Act as a strategic HR partner to US business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Drive employee relations initiatives, handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with US labor laws.
- Support performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for manpower planning, hiring strategy, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and state-specific regulations.
- Support compensation planning, promotions, role changes, and workforce restructuring activities.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends.
- Drive employee engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and organizational culture activities for US teams.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment of policies, processes, and HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience with at least 4+ years supporting US HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience working as an HRBP in IT / Consulting / Technology services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in US time zones.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and dashboards.
