Zoom Video Communications seeks an experienced U.S. Federal Sales Leader to drive revenue, mentor and build our existing team in the U.S. Federal Government sector.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
What we're looking for

• Experience leading a multi segment sales organization
• Develop strategic Channel Partner Relationships aligned with Government Contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with Civilian Agencies, DOD and IC spaces
• Experience improving market coverage, increasing market share through Partner Channel Relationships
• Have a proven track record in the U.S. Federal space with a SaaS or UCC ISV background
• Have an excellent understanding of the FedRamp and certifications
• Experience with GSA

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$225,800.00
Maximum:
$395,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
