Location: Hoboken, NJ

Function: Data Governance | Marketing | Digital Transformation:

What You’ll Do:
• Own Data Governance: Drive compliance, privacy, and quality standards across marketing processes and tech ecosystems.
• Enable Social First: Ensure data fuels campaigns with accuracy and insight.
• Lead Change: Build frameworks, train teams, and champion data literacy.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with marketing, legal, IT, and privacy teams to deliver best-in-class governance.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 5+ years in digital/data marketing or governance.
• Expertise: Data lifecycle, US privacy laws, data management, and integration.
• Skills: Strong project leadership, stakeholder communication, and technical know-how in digital platforms.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker, change agent, and advocate for ethical data use.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
