About this role
As a Urologist at St. George Regional Hospital, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will work with four other Urologists to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with and be supported by MAs, APPs, front office support, and administrators committed to the program’s success.
- You will practice at St. George Regional Hospital and Cedar City Hospital.
- You’ll have a 4-day week with one OR day and three clinic days with the fifth day being open for a day off, or an additional clinic day if you choose.
- Access to DaVinci Xi
- You will have dedicated MA support in clinic, and shared support of the APP team.
- There are three locations for surgeries and procedures in St. George, and one in Cedar City.
- Your primary practice location will be St. George, but you would also support Cedar City’s patient population one week per month.
- You will be on call one in every five weeks, and call is compensated in addition to the base salary.
How we'll support you:
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity and quality incentives
- $50,000 starting bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- Up to $75,000 in student loan repayment support over three years
- Up to $36,000 residency stipend available during training

What you'll bring
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Urology Residency training
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
