Job DescriptionØ Manage the daily operations of our computer networks
Ø Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands and recommends improvement and upgrades
Ø Observe system functions to verify correct operations and detect errors
Ø Resolving all IT systems, hardware and software issue of employees
Ø Prepare order sheets or requisition for equipment-hardware and software needs
Ø Prepare, set up and install equipment for new employee’s use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software
Ø Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors for service
Ø Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
Ø Manage and ensure security of data, network access and back-up systems
Ø Develop training materials and train users/ employees on network security, data privacy and best practices for computer usage
Ø Conducts office automation feasibility studies, including workforce analysis, space design or cast comparison analysis if needed.
Qualifications> Proven working experience as an IT Specialist ( 3 years and more) in a BPO is an advantage
> With knowledge and experience in CRM- Vicidial and Sticky.Io
> Degree in computer science/ Information Technology or related field preferable
> Professional certifications
> Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
> Proficient in English both verbal and written
> Personable and with professional demeanor
> Can start immediately
