Job Purpose
Manage people and production process to achieve planned targets and ensuring that finished products meet all specified quality, costs, time & consumer expectation.
Key Responsibility
- Visible leadership of 5 Principles, Culture and Standard to ensure that they are continuously maintained and improved.
- Ensure safety @workplace and consistently maintain hygiene and house keeping standard, GMP, GHP
- Drive ownership and associate responsibility for product quality across the whole site.
- Develop, Implement, and maintain a comprehensive process control and system which will ensure productions meeting their objective and purpose
- Ensure the appropriate implementation of agreed SOP throughout the site
- Drive Customer Focus in UPC daily Operation
- Application of the philosophy of "lean" throughout the whole operation – “make and ship”
- Foster and drive great associate engagement on site
- Lead talent development for direct reports and the site as a whole. Develop outstanding development plans and opportunities to develop and coach the associates on the site.
- Perform yearly appraisal of all direct reports to ensure that they are aware of their developmental needs and career path
- Provide coaching and job training for direct report to enhance the quality of their work and their competencies, so that target can be delivered and achieved.
What are we looking for?
Manufacturing, Mechanical or Engineering background including a relevant qualification, apprenticeship, etc.
Experience in an FMCG or high-speed production environment
SAP literacy is desirable, or a good ability to learn new systems
Experience within a planning function is highly desirable
