Job Description:-
- Application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, database, and basic
- knowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting language etc.
- Good communication with analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application
- owner and senior stake holders across all areas
- Identify recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive in to the cause of the Issue, Identify
- Impact, Manage Escalation or Incident
- If there is a Bug in existing code (Providing Line of Code that cause the failure), escalate
- to L3 for a Fix
- Or Identify if it is a Migration Issue and Coordinate the Fix
- Drive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the # of Failures
- Follow the L3 escalation process
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
