This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.
Team
You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment
Role
We are looking for a senior Unity C# Game Developer who has been a primary contributor to the Game architecture, Feature development, and design for several casual games. You will collaborate with a variety of experts: Product Managers, Game Artists, Game Developers, Tech Engineers, Monetization Managers, Data Analysts...
- Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists
- Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity
- Adapt and work within an existing code base, enhancing its functionality, stability and performance
- Provide guidance and share your expertise
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
Profile
- Advanced Unity knowledge (3y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, particle systems, Zenject, Assemblies, etc.
- A critical thinker and a problem solver with a keen eye for identifying problems in workflows and processes (and driving them to a resolution)
- Previous experience and exposure to the game production process (as part of a game dev studio or otherwise)
- Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimisations, with a strong focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times
- Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset
- Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
- Speak and write English
